We all have a story, I have my own story, one that has shaped me in some good ways and some ways, not quite so helpful. I personally have proved the effectiveness of good counselling and it is motivating me to pursue excellence in being able to help those around me. HopeShips enables me to share my love of the ocean and to engage in talking therapy in a different and effective way. There are 'better days' for us I am sure!
